ThemeHub is a digital marketplace for website themes, templates, and related digital products. We connect theme authors with buyers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

All theme purchases grant a single-site license unless otherwise specified. Extended licenses are available for multi-site or commercial use. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the product is defective or materially different from its description.

Themes and templates sold on ThemeHub are the property of their respective authors. Buyers receive a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Theme sellers agree to provide original work, maintain quality standards, and provide reasonable support to buyers. ThemeHub retains a commission on each sale as outlined in our pricing page.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute purchased themes without authorization
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or systematically extract data without permission

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that themes will be error-free or compatible with all environments.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOSTAO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
